FAQs Q) What temperature can I keep my home in the summer months and still expect to save money? A) The cooler you keep the home (without being too cold) the more we can save on your bill. The majority of our customers set their thermostat at 72° and they leave it there all the time. Q) Do all the utility companies work with your product? A) In the Phoenix area the two main providers of electricity are Salt River Project (SRP) and Arizona Power Service (APS) and our computer works with rates both utility companies offer. We are the Exclusive Energy Sentry Dealership in Phoenix and the surrouding area. Q) How long does it take to install? A) On a standard installation with all the breakers located in the same service panel next to the meter with ground mounted compressors, less than an hour. 400 AMP service, remote sub panels, guesthouses and casitas, usually require additional costs and time. Q) Where is the computer installed? A) Next to your service panel.  (Click here for photos) Q) How much money can I save? A) The minimum is 24%, the typical average is 38%.  Q) Is this a load controller? A) NO.  Load controllers are antiquated equipment that worked on an old APS demand rate structure. Q) How soon can I get the computer installed? A) We will try to fit you in within a week to two weeks.  Obviously during the busy summer months our schedule can get quite drawn out, usually two to three weeks, however we try to accommodate additional installations if your location is near to an existing installation. Q) What is the warranty on the computer? A) Three years parts and labor, but you won’t use any of that.  We are doing less than 3% on units we installed 24 years ago.
